The Major General Commanding respectfully requests that His Excellency The Governor may be pleased to direct that correspondence on Military subjects from the Colonial Government may be transmitted through the Assistant Military Secretary for the Major General's information and not direct to the Departmental Officers who may be supposed to be concerned.
